About the Workshop

AWSP is pleased to offer you two options as we help you on your “journey” toward becoming a data-literate school leader! You can choose four recorded workshops on demand, OR register for our four-part staff facilitated training to guide you through the workshops. This series is designed to help school leaders close opportunity gaps and increase learners’ life chances. Build your school leadership capacity to lead collaborative data analyses with your school staff.

Tools and resources will be covered, including the AWSP Leadership Framework, Evidence of Impact Tool, and School Leader Paradigm.

Purchase the on-demand recorded workshops, or register for the four virtual staff-facilitated trainings which includes access to recordings. Please note: There is a 20 person minimum and a 30 person maximum for the staff-facilitated workshops.

School leaders (principals, assistant principals, administrative interns, deans, counselors)

Pricing

Option 1: On-Demand Recorded Workshops and Resources: $350 for AWSP members, $700 for non-members 

Option 2: Staff-Facilitated Workshops and Resources (Includes access to recordings): $599 for AWSP members, $1200 for non-members

Workshop One | January 22

  • Focusing on student growth and equity
  • Ensuring a guaranteed and viable curriculum toward student growth learning




Workshop Three | March 5

  • Leading collaborative implementation of action steps with fidelity and commitment
  • Ensuring a system of progress monitoring to measure effectiveness of action steps
  • Engaging students as assessment partners

 

Workshop Two | February 19

  • Leading collaborative data analyses to surface inequities and identify Problems of Practice
  • Leading collaborative data analyses to generate Theories of Action Learning


Workshop Four | March 19

  • Leading a system for monitoring and adjusting school-wide practice to shrink opportunity and achievement gaps and build a culture of inquiry
  • Visioning the full Plan-Implement-Assess-Reflect Cycle of Inquiry
  • Engaging stakeholders in reflecting upon our Evidence of Impact
