Dates, Locations, and Topics
All sessions will take place at AWSP Headquarters in Olympia, WA.
Each session will be one and half days:
Day 1: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Day 2: 8:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Stage 1 | All Cleared for Liftoff
August 7-8, 2025 | 9 clock hours

Stage 2 | Strengthening Your Systems
November 17-18, 2025 | 9 clock hours
- Evaluate and improve building-wide systems and culture
- Shift from surviving to thriving in your leadership role
- Maximize classroom observations and instructional feedback
- Reflect on your leadership and build ongoing evidence
Stage 3 | To Infinity and Beyond
March 2-3, 2026 | 9 clock hours
- Navigate evaluation season with clarity— for yourself and your staff
- Use data to guide leadership decisions and planning
- Collaborate on current challenges and opportunities
- Design your strong finish and thoughtful re-entry

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be made in writing. A 20% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- Full Refund: Requests must be received 20 business days before the workshop. (Minus a 20% processing fee.)
- 50% Refund: Requests must be received 10-19 business days before the workshop. (Minus a 20% processing fee.)
- No Refund: No-shows or cancellation requests received within 10 business days of the workshop will not receive a refund.
Workshop Series Refund: Refund requests for workshop series packages must be received 20 business days before the first session in the package.
