To register you will need to know each attendee's contact information, level of membership, meal selections and/or requirements, and any pre-conference selections the leader wishes to attend.

Our room block at the Grand is filling up quickly! At this time:
If you are hoping to stay at the Grand starting Saturday night, please email kim@awsp.org to be added to a waitlist. We will review availability with the hotel in 30 days and explore the possibility of adding more rooms.
In the meantime, we strongly recommend booking a room at another nearby hotel. If a room at the Grand becomes available, we will do our best to accommodate requests.

The conference will provide the following:
• Projector and projection screen
• One handheld mic per breakout room
• Sound from laptop
• Tech support
Please bring your laptop and any other items needed to support your presentation.
Materials: Any session materials are due by June 5, 2025 and will be uploaded to the app for attendee access. (Presenters may also provide hard-copy handouts as desired.)
Notifications: Notifications will be delivered via email the week of February 15, 2025.
Registration: Presenters are encouraged to register and participate in the conference; however, presenters coming solely to present their session do not need to register. Regretfully, due to budget restrictions, we are not able to offer compensation to our presenters.
