Leaders of Color, don’t miss our second-annual iGrow WA Summit in Seattle on March 14-15, 2025. Whether you’re a seasoned principal, an aspiring leader, district leader, or an educational partner, this event is tailored to inspire, connect, and grow your leadership journey. The theme of the Summit is “We hear you. We see you. We need you.”

New this year, we are able to offer FREE preconference sessions on March 13 from 2:30 - 4 p.m. thanks to a grant from OSPI.

Dr. Tron Young, Principal, Joseph Arthur Middle School in O'Fallon, IL



Dr. Tron Young has 19 years of experience as a middle school teacher and principal. He is currently the principal at Joseph Arthur Middle School in O'Fallon, IL, and was named the 2020 Illinois Middle School Principal of the Year and NASSP National Distinguished Principal.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing.
  • Full Refund: Requests must be received 20 business days before the workshop. 
  • 50% Refund: Requests must be received 10-19 business days before the workshop. 
  • No Refund: No-shows or cancellation requests received within 10 business days of the workshop will not receive a refund.
Workshop Series Refund: Refund requests for workshop series packages must be received 20 business days before the first session in the package.
