Culture Kickoff Award

The AWSL/AWSP Culture Kickoff Award celebrates schools that start the year with energy, intentionality, and a focus on positive school culture.


This award recognizes schools that:

  • Launch the year with engaging assemblies, themes, and fall kickoff events.
  • Intentionally set the tone for belonging, community, and success.
  • Sustain that positive culture throughout the year by fostering collaboration between students and adults.

Who can nominate?

Nominations are open to students, principals, and assistant principals.
