Advocacy is education, and it’s a year-round effort. Thanks for engaging in our collective advocacy efforts!


  • Prepare for and engage in the legislative session (read or listen to news/podcasts, study legislative platforms, read bill drafts if possible)
  • Read AWSP’s weekly Legislative Update (published each Friday during the session)
  • Email your legislators about bills
  • Sign in support of or against bills
  • Testify in support of or against bills
  • Attend AWSP’s Day on the Hill in Olympia
