March 4, 2026

March is Women’s History Month, a time to celebrate the women who shaped our past and those who continue to make history today.

Across Washington schools, women leaders are driving change, strengthening communities, and inspiring the next generation of educators and students. At AWSP, women make up just over 59 percent of our membership, and we’re proud to support women in educational leadership through learning, connection, and community.
