School Survey on Nicotine/Tobacco Cessation Resources

Washington Breathes is gathering information about resources available to middle and high schools to assist students who are using commercial tobacco products and who are dependent on nicotine. Through this survey, we hope to better understand cessation resources or programs that schools are utilizing, as well as identify needs and barriers. We recognize that many schools are struggling with the amount of youth vaping and nicotine use, and want to understand what supports are needed.

We estimate this survey will take about 10-15 minutes for you to complete. We greatly appreciate your time and information.

Take the survey here.

We plan to share survey findings with schools and school organizations, our coalition members, community leaders, and policymakers. We will only publicly share the results of this survey in aggregate, by Educational Service District, to avoid identifying any individual school. We ask for the name of your school only to identify multiple responses from the same school.

If you have questions or comments about this survey, please contact Washington Breathes.
