Dameon joined the Professional Learning Team in January 2022. He is a 22-year retired Army First Sergeant. Dameon has been a coach and mentor with children for over 20 years and continues to provide support for teens in his spare time.
Dameon and his wife Maya have been married 24 years and enjoy living in the Pacific Northwest. Maya is a Clinical Licensed Social Worker that received her master’s in social work from the University of Washington. They have three kids Jeffry, Dameon Jr, and Cyreena.
He enjoys hiking, traveling, and listening to music.
