In previous issues, I’ve written about the massive change we’re undergoing internally, from implementing a new phone system (yesterday), to tackling bigger systems like our data and financial management systems. Serving principals and assistant principals is why we exist, and we do our best to make our current internal chaos outwardly invisible.
